You can reach this page in the App through Settings → Delete Account & Data.
How to submit a deletion request
- Send the request from the Google-account email used for cloud save using the link below.
- Keep the subject line unchanged. We may ask for additional information needed to locate and verify the correct game account.
- Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days.
Data deleted
- The Pawn Shop Tycoon user account in Firebase Authentication
- The account’s Firestore cloud save and game progress
- Inventory, achievements, virtual currency, settings and purchase-protection records contained in that cloud save
Your Google Account itself is not deleted—only the account and cloud data associated with Pawn Shop Tycoon.
Consequences and data not deleted
Cloud progress and unused virtual content cannot be restored. Payment, refund and accounting records controlled by Google Play are not deleted by this request.
To remove the local save, use the full-reset option in the App or uninstall it. Android may later restore local data when system backup is enabled.
